  I decided to try Exomind with Dr. Rao because I was curious to see if it would help with focus later in the day and overall sleep quality.

I completed the initial six-treatment series in June and recently went back for another session. One thing I have noticed is that I seem to have better focus later in the afternoon.

The biggest tangible difference for me has been my sleep. I wear an Oura Ring every night, so I have been able to actually look at the data instead of just going by how I feel. Since starting the treatments, I have seen some improvement in my sleep measurements, including periods of better deep-sleep scores and more total sleep. Overall, I also feel more rested.

Dr. Rao and his staff have been fantastic. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and easy to work with, and the whole process has been very comfortable.

Your care is led by Dr. Chris G. Rao, MD. Dr. Rao is on staff at Cleveland Clinic North Hospital and is a past President of the Martin County Medical Society.

He works alongside Jillian Grace, RN, and Abigail Thieroff, CMA, with Office Manager Denise Lockerby and Administrator Brittney Phillips looking after scheduling and your visit.

What does a wellness center offer that a med spa doesn't?

Unison is led by a physician, Dr. Chris G. Rao, MD, not a med spa operator. He brings aesthetics, wellness and hormone care into one plan, based on your labs and history. That means a Botox visit and a hormone evaluation are coordinated by the same doctor.

Where is the wellness center located?

We are at 528 SE Osceola Street, Suite #2, in downtown Stuart, FL 34994. Call (772) 286-0226 for directions.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday visits are available by appointment, and we are closed on Sunday.

Do you see patients outside Stuart?

Yes. Patients come from across Martin County and the Treasure Coast, including Palm City, Jensen Beach, Sewall’s Point, Hobe Sound and Port St. Lucie.

Do you offer care for both men and women?

Yes. Hormone care, including BHRT and testosterone replacement therapy, is planned for both men and women. Our aesthetics and wellness treatments are available to everyone.
