Alex Ralicki47 days agoI decided to try Exomind with Dr. Rao because I was curious to see if it would help with focus later in the day and overall sleep quality. I completed the initial six-treatment series in June and recently went back for another session. One thing I have noticed is that I seem to have better focus later in the afternoon. The biggest tangible difference for me has been my sleep. I wear an Oura Ring every night, so I have been able to actually look at the data instead of just going by how I feel. Since starting the treatments, I have seen some improvement in my sleep measurements, including periods of better deep-sleep scores and more total sleep. Overall, I also feel more rested. Dr. Rao and his staff have been fantastic. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and easy to work with, and the whole process has been very comfortable.
