Complementary Facial Evaluation for most our Aesthetic Services!  We will spend about 15 minutes, one on one, to discuss all the concerns you have.  From wrinkles, to age spots to vertical lip lines, all will be reviewed in detail by Dr. Rao, in person.  Confused about what's available?  Botox, Collagen, Peels, Creams, and Laser options will be explained for their effectiveness, risks, costs, and time investment.  Referral to the Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon may be arranged as needed.  It's a No-Risk, No Obligation way for you to meet us and learn about today's options, all on us!

Introductory Consult, $375*. We have a great offer for those who want to see what we are all about, with minimal time and investment.  Dr. Rao will review your history and discuss integrative ways that may help you obtain optimal health. You can bring in past labwork, and pertinent data to be reviewed.  This  hour-long interview doesn't include any sick issues or prescriptions for labwork or drugs.  Call now, and be on your way to a younger, healthier you!!

EVALUATION PROGRAMS AND FEES

At Unison Pro-Youth Medical Institute, we want to give you the attention and care you personally deserve. We do not work for an insurance company or the government; our focus is solely your health in a preventative, cutting edge way. We don’t believe your concerns can be addressed by anyone less than a highly respected doctor, nor can be solved in a six minute visit. You get a detailed summary after each evaluation.  Below are our prices which are quite reasonable:

Executive Physicals. $375/hr*. This includes extensive History, Risk Assessment, Wellness Exam (not GYN), and Recommendations for those who want to pay "a la‘ carte." 1 hr minimum for first visit. Follow up Visits with doctor are $175* per ½ hr. Prescriptions for labwork, hormones, and wellness are given (no lab work or tests included). Maintenance necessary, see below.

Unison Pro-Youth’s Anti-Aging Visit. $2995* on up. This is the recommended way to get what you need, all in one value package. First, comprehensive lab work* is arranged to be drawn at your home or work and fully included in this price (lab Summary provided work itself retails for over $2995*, see below and includes all hormonal tests). Bone density and % Body Fat is arranged nearby, also. Then, you spend 2-3 hours with the doctor and staff, one-on-one, reviewing your 18 page questionnaire and then personal, individualized advice is given about diet, exercise and stress reduction. Cognitive and Mental testing are done as deemed necessary. A targeted "well" Physical Exam (not GYN) and measurements, and prostate/rectal exam for men.  (Fitness assessments are included, so dress with sports clothes or a change of such). Recommendations for Vitamins, Supplements, and appropriate hormones are given at the conclusion and reviewed. If convenient, lunch can be arranged. Detailed Summary provided afterward. Maintenance required for ongoing program, any prescriptions and follow up lab, see below.

Full Aesthetic evaluation, also. You are then pampered with a Facial Treatment and Aromatherapy if time allows. (Avoid the sun or use sunscreen week before). There are healthy snacks and bottled water for your enjoyment. Optional tests are recommended as deemed necessary, see below. This value package is Dr. Rao’s special, and is recommended each year. Maintenance required.

Ultimate Package. $3495* on up. As above, and DEXA Scan for Osteoporosis and %Fat, Alzheimer’s Urine Test, and Coronary Calcium Score via EBCT Scan. This package is the one recommended, and costs less than the tests alone. Yet, definitively knowing your risks and health status are the biggest bargains. No other facility worldwide offers such a comprehensive work-up. Maintenance required.

Andropause/Pre-Menopausal Package, $1495*. Specially designed for those under 50 that live away or has their own doctor that performs the yearly exam and basic labs, yet wants to benefit from evidence-based Anti-Aging therapies from the most qualified and experienced doctors. Great for the younger crowd and the well that just want to feel better, more energy, libido, and so on.  We review what examinations and tests you already had, and offer advice of additional tests, medications, diet, exercise, supplements and such therapies you may need. Includes all Sex Hormones, LH, DHEA, all Thyroid, PSA and Human Growth Hormone lab work.  And, conveniently drawn where you want it, home or office!  (Non-fasting, but in the AM). Required Maintenance Fee includes all phone calls, and adjustments to be made to your regimen during the year. Allow 1 hour for your personal visit here, or it can be done by email or phone, whichever is most convenient. Call or email for further details and is a limited offer.

Maintenance. $1295* on up for six months, includes up to two phone calls**/month.  Lab slips are given for lab work, and contact made for hormonal adjustments. 15% Discount on all products, and other member specials, including free shipping on all products! $1495* per six months if monitoring HGH with other hormones, or if a complex case. No credit for unused services, sorry. Charge card needed. (You can cancel at any time with a thirty day notice, no new Prescriptions written, though).

Other Tests, including MRI’s, Mammograms and Special Immune, Genetic, Anti-Oxidant Profiles, Omega-3 Fatty Acid, and other customized tests can be arranged, depending on desires and needs. Referrals arranged and data sent to another doctor are available.

* CBC with Diff, CMP, CRP(hs), Full Thyroid tests, Cortisol, Testosterone (free and total), Lipid and apo(a), IGF-1, IGFBP-3, Insulin, UA, DHEA, DHT, Women’s hormones if applicable, SHBG, PSA(men), more or less depending on lab used at the time.

** Only Wellness and Antiaging issues as deemed by us are covered, advice only. No "sick or acute" issues addressed. That's done by your regular doctor and should be covered by your insurance.
